This webinar is organised by the newly formed employment group of the Human Development and Capability Association, and is open to all those interested. This webinar will present the concept of the quality of work and employment, discussing the manner in which working conditions meet people’s needs from work, how it connects with well-being and productivity. Theoretical and measurement issues will also be reviewed. The discussion of the paper will focus on the linkages between this topic and the capability approach.
